SPECIES AND VARIETIES OF GRASS FOR SOWING ON SHOULDERS AND AT THE ROAD SIDE
GRAESARTER OG -STAMMER TIL UDSANING PA VEJSKRANINGER OG RABATTER
The author examines various species of grass and especially types of grass which grow in poor soil and which require little water or fertilizer. These types are recommended for sowing on shoulders and at the road side. By a judicious selection of various species of grass, it is possible to influence the nature and rate of growth of the grass on shoulders and at the road side. Some species have a slow growth and a high resistance to de-icing salt and dry weather. /TRRL/
