The purpose of this guide is to help people towards a better understanding of the regulations published in (1) the motor vehicles (construction and use) regulations 1973(S.1.1973/24 )-(C & U rgs), and (2) the road vehicles lighting regulations 1971(s.1.1971/694)-(rvl regs.).
