TENDENCIAS ACTUALES EN LASDISTINTOS PAISES RESPECTO A LA EVOLUCION DE LAS CARGAS MAXIMAS POR EJE
The problem of maximum axle loads in france and common market countries is examined. The author advocates the establishment of the 13t axle with a view to obtaining A rational increase in the capacity and economic efficiency of transport vehicles. French legislation on the subject is reviewed, specifications for vehicle acceptance and control of vehicles on the road are analyzed, and the effects of vehicle surcharge on safety and pavement deterioration are studied.
