THE ENVIRONMENT: COSTS, CONFLICTS, ACTION

This book contains papers presented at a conference sponsored by Region 3 of the Environmental Protection Agency. The papers were purposely selected to represent the different viewpoints of the authors on how to solve environmental problems.
