AN EVALUATION OF PENNSYLVANIA'S FLEXIBLE PAVEMENT DESIGN METHODOLOGY
This report is the final report for PennDOT Research Project 71-7 entitled "An Evaluation of Pennsylvania's Flexible Pavement Design Methodology." This document summarizes the research findings reported in the eight volumes of the project's interim report. Structural coefficients are recommended for the four base courses studied and results from the evaluation of computer models for pavement analysis are presented. Other studies conducted throughout the project are also discussed. The report contains a list of publications resulting from this cycle of research as well as a listing of future research needs. /FHWA/
