HUMAN FACTORS ENGINEERING INTEGRATED TECHNOLOGY IN TOTAL SHIP PLANNING AND ACQUISITION: A FIRST APPROXIMATION
This Advanced Development project involves the development, test and evaluation of an improved human factors engineering integrated technology to better support Navy program managers and design engineers in implementing the total ship planning and acquisition process, and to demonstrate in quantitative terms the degree of improvement achieved.
