The final summary report of the findings of 40 multidisciplinary vehicle accident analyses includes comments, recommendations and conclusions regarding human, vehicle and environmental factors involved in vehicular collision. Evaluation of federal motor vehicle safety standards and highway program safety standards, as they relate to the in-depth analyses, is made. (A)
