A MODEL FOR PAVEMENT REHABILITATION MANAGEMENT. ACADEMIC CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS OF INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE AND EXHIBITION ON ROAD TRANSPORT, BEIJING, CHINA, 7-12 MAY 1989
A model for pavement rehabilitation management (prmm) at district level is described. Based on the pavement maintenance management practice in China at present and the analysis of data collected in standard form, annual pavement rehabilitation programmes can be proposed by the model. Prmm is simple in structure and convenient to operate; it can be used separately or as a decision model in a pavement management system. This model is being applied to liuzhou district, guanxi province, and will be popularized in the whole province next year. (Author/TRRL)
