VERKEERSVEILIGHEIDSPLAN GEMEENTE APELDOORN
The approach to traffic safety in the community of Apeldoorn is described. It is based on the analyses of registered accidents and on the policy decided upon by the town's council. The plan suggests a framework for informing the population about safety problems. Traffic education, publicity, and law enforcement are all stressed in this plan. (TRRL)
