A SAMPLING TECHNIQUE FOR ORIGIN AND DESTINATION SURVEYS
This paper introduces a sampling technique for collecting origin and destination data using vehicle colour with the number plate technique. The advantages, pitfalls and proportional estimates are described as well as an analysis of vehicle colours by make and age. (Author/TRRL)
