POSSIBLE USE OF THE HDM-III MODEL IN YUGOSLAVIA
MOGUCNOST PRIMENE HDM-III MODELA U JUGOSLAVIJI
The road network control models are based on real road conditions and on the physical and economic environment in the country of origin. The use of such models in other circumstances calls for large investigations and some basic changes. The article discusses basic factors such as vehicle speed, fuel consumption and pavements according to the dorsch-berger's study and the HDM III model. (TRRL)
