TESTING OF CAR MOTIVE PROPERTIES EQUIPPED WITH VARIOUS TYPES OF TYRES

ISPITIVANJE SVOJSTAVA AUTOMOBILA SNABDEVENOG RAZLICITIM VRSTAMA GUMA

The article presents the results of experimental research into the effect of tyres on vehicle stability, handling and vibration damping. Quasistatic and dynamic tests have been carried out according to ISO standards. Several types of tyre with 135/70 R 13 dimensions and with identical tread and inflation pressure have been used during the tests. Based on the test results obtained, the appropriate characteristics have been calculated according to the above mentioned standards. Results obtained are evaluated and compared.
