Included are the following: the 10 top-spending State DOTs; the 10 transportation engineering Giants; the 20 Giants of drainage and trenching; the 20 Giants of earthmoving and rock excavation; the top 20 material producer Giants; the 20 Giants of concrete paving; the 5 construction teams considered the Giants of Innovation in concrete paving; the 20 Giants of asphalt paving; the 5 construction teams considered the Giants of Innovation in asphalt paving; and the 20 Giants of bridges and structures. Summaries are provided indicating expenditures (State DOTs), sales (contractors and producers), and forecasts. An Index is also provided.
