ATTACHMENT TURNS BACKHOE INTO CRANE
The Triad BC 100 crane attaches to backhoe loaders without the need to remove the entire backhoe. It is capable of lifting and lowering materials of up to 1000 lbs. The backhoe operator, by himself, can attach the BC 100 to the backhoe in less than 30 minutes. The crane becomes an extension of the backhoe boom and stick and extends up to 55 ft, and out 45 ft from the cab. The winch is operated from the cab with the backhoe controls. Crane stability is maintained by filling the loader bucket with available material. Highway and heavy contractors can apply the crane to such jobs as erecting sound barriers.
