NOTABLE PAPERS ON ALCOHOL AND HIGHWAY SAFETY - 1984
The papers published here were presented during 1984, and include a brief paper on the Federal position on administrative license suspension programs and other issues presented at the 10th International Forum on Traffic Records Systems in Orlando, Florida. This is followd by a series of papers on 'The Role of Communications in an Effective Comprehensive State Alcohol Safety Program,' presented at the 52nd Annual Conference of the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators in Des Moines, Iowa. The remainder represent a series of presentations at the 16th Annual Institute on Motor Vehicle and Traffic Law in Boulder, Colorado. The latter series deals with the legal issues dealing with drinking drivers.
