TEENAGE DRINKING AND DRIVING. A JUVENILE EXPERIENCE
The article notes the need for parents to be concerned about teenagers with driving licenses. Delaying the licensing age and adopting curfew laws for teenagers has proven effective, but the number of states with these laws are minimal. A national grassroots movement promoting these two laws, similar to the one which encouraged states to raise the legal drinking age, could dramatically reduce the number of teenagers killed in motor vehicle accidents. This article discusses these issues.
