WEST SIDE (SUCCESS) STORY
A history of the New York Port Authority Bus Terminal which can handle over 800 buses during peak hour, 200 more than normally required of it, is given. Through continued improvements and additions to the terminal as well as ramps and parking facilities, the terminal has been able to successfully handle the ever increasing transportation demands of one of the nation's busiest, if not the busiest bus terminal.
