QUALIFIER-1: CONTRACTOR PREQUALIFICATION MODEL
A prequalification model is presented here to rationally structure and systemize the prequalification decision process. The model, QUALIFIER-1, is coded in Fortran 77 and implemented on an IBM personal computer. The program can expedite the reiview of several candidate contractors, enhancing the efficiency of contractor data processing and reducing the amount of effort and time required in a thorough contractor prequalification process. The analysis of contractor prequalification decision parameters is described, as well as the prequaification model. QUALIFIER-1 program is described, as well as its practical applications. The conclusions drawn are set forth.
