CONCERN ABOUT EXHAUST EMISSIONS PROMPTS EUROPE TO SEEK REMEDIES
Despite the lack of existing legislation with regard to diesel exhaust emissions, European manufacturers are employing catalytic converters and soot filters to reduce the level of exhaust emissions. Most of Europe is watching legislative efforts by the United States, Switzerland and Sweden before developing their own.
