HYPOTHETICAL CASE HISTORY RELATED TO PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY LOSS
This paper reports a study in which a hypothetical case history was developed and was tested on four candidates who included two project managers, a senior associate/vice president, and the loss-prevention manager. One project manager's experience was strictly geotechnical engineering, while the other's was environmental. The test candidates backgrounds, their performance, and their comments are discussed in the paper.
