RELIABILITY AND REDUNDANCY OF OFFSHORE STRUCTURES
This study develops a method for estimating the system reliability of offshore structures with the aid of the full distribution method. A probabilistic definition of structural redundancy is introduced. The reliability analysis and redundancy definition forms an important analytical basis for the investigation of the question surrounding load combination analyses.
