SOME ASPECTS OF USING BLASTING FOR SOIL COMPACTION AND EARTH EMBANKMENTS
NEKI ASPEKTI UPOTREBE EKSPLOZIJA U CILJU NABIJANJA TLA I ZEMLJANIH NABACAJA
The article discusses the use of blasting in non cohesive soil prone to settlement. Due to blasting the soil becomes compacted and waterproofed. Details are given of the method of using explosives for subterranean, surface and submarine blasting, be it for the compaction of non cohesive soil or the construction of earth and rock fill dams.
