THE BALTIC ROUTE - AN ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORT ROUTE
BALTIAN REITTI - UUSI KULJETUSVAIHTOEHTO
The centroid of Finnish export lies in central Europe. Most of the export transportation could be routed through the baltic countries. The newly opened route through tallinn gives an alternative for the current transportation over the baltic sea through Sweden. The report deals with competitivity of the transport via the baltic countries in regard to the Finnish industry, and summarises the results of previous studies. (TRRL)
