PROGRESS SEEN IN NORTH CAROLINA CHILD PASSENGER PROTECTION
Study results show that hundreds of children have escaped both death and serious injury due to the use of safety seats and seat belts since 1982 because of the Child Passenger Protection Law. Percentages and age groups are given to show the changes.
