AT FORD MOTOR COMPANY EMPLOYEES ARE BUCKLING UP!
This article briefly describes the seat belt program at Ford Motor Company. The program was started in 1984. The wearing rate among employees increased from 14% in early 1984 to 60.4% at the year's end. The program's goal is 100% utilization of seat belts by employees.
