OILS FOR REDUCING THE VISCOSITY OF RESIDUAL BITUMEN FOR PAVEMENTS
This specification applies to hydrocarbon oils derived from refining crude oil to be used for reducing the the viscosity of bitumen in sprayed work and in the preparation of bituminous cold mixes and fluxed asphalt. The standard was approved on 8 September 1988. (TRRL)
