ILLEGAL PARKING. HIGHWAYS ROUND TABLE

Highways magazine invited thirteen experts to London's Royal Automobile Club to discuss their views on the nature of the illegal parking problem nationwide, and to put forward practical solutions. The minutes of the Round Table discussion are presented in this issue of Highways magazine. The issues ranged from parking enforcement to legislation, and from yellow lines to the latest technology.
