IMPLEMENTATION OF GRADUATED LICENSING FOR YOUNG DRIVERS: FOR ROAD SAFETY RESEARCH PROJECT
This report examines the possibility of GDL (graduated Driver licensing) in terms of objectives, various viewpoints and available options. Issues covered include the background and rationale on GDL, the existing driver licensing system, current GDL proposals, reactions of officials and the community and information on young driver licensing and crash involvement rates.
