1990 MUSCATINE TRANSIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN INCLUDING FY 1991-95

The Muscatine Transit Development Plan represents an effort by the City to provide rational guidance for the future of public transportation services within the City. As such, this document presents a brief assessment of the needs for public transportation services within the community, the capabilities of the existing transportation system to meet these needs, and the development plan which has been decided upon for FY 1991. The report will serve as support material for any applications for state and federal financial assistance for the implementation of the FY 1991 transit plan.
