THE LESSONS OF LOCKERBIE
Outlined are ways to achieve security throughout the world as well as a call for more funds to develop explosive detection devices and highlights actions which must be taken to counter bombings on board aircraft. The author feels that authorities have dragged their feet in the months immediately succeeding the Lockerbie tragedy and that another such incident looms in the future.
