1985 MASEP ANNUAL REPORT: SOCIO-DEMOGRAPHIC CHARACTERISTICS OF MASEP PARTICIPANTS
The Mississppi Alcohol Safety Education Program is the statewide driver improvement program for first-time offenders convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol or another substance which has impaired the ability to operate a motor vehicle. This report is the 3rd in a series of annual reports. The history of MASEP is described, as well as the two components of the program: operations, and research and development. The socio-demographic characteristics of MASEP participants is described, as well as a historical perspective concerning the characteristics over the last ten years.
