ANTI-DRUG REGULATIONS: GEARING UP FOR COMPLIANCE
The four steps involved in implementing a successful anti-drug program in the workplace, establishing a policy on drug use, providing training on drugs and their effects, developing a drug testing program and maintaining records, are detailed. Both the Urban Mass Transportation Administration and the Community Transportation Association of America are cited as possible sources of assistance for those attempting to implement an anti-drug program.
