CRYSTALLINE CALCITE IN TILL: ENGINEERING IMPLICATIONS. TECHNICAL NOTE
A study was made of the engineering properties of Anglian tills, and particularly of the effects of crystalline calcite cement on the engineering properties of these soils. The geographical location of the tills and their properties are described and tabulated. Laboratory and field tests are discussed.
