BRIDGE MAINTENANCE PLANNING

PLANIRANJE ODRZAVANJA MOSTOVA

The article discusses regular and investment bridge maintenance planning. It suggests for regular planning financing up to 1.5% of the present structure value. It also suggests an investment planning method based on the determination of the bridge service level, bridge lifetime and on the definition of the level of service change for an accepted bridge lifetime. For the determination of the bridge maintenance priority a method is suggested for evaluating 26 parameters concerning the bridge condition. Attention is drawn to the fact that a bridge data bank is a base for planning.
