IDEAL TYPE AND STATISTICAL TYPOLOGIES
IDEAL TYPE ET TYPOLOGIES STATISTIQUES
Leisure mobility research is reported, which made a systematic comparison between two complementary methods for data collection and analysis: the interview survey and the questionnaire survey. The first develops a comprehensive analysis of reality on the basis of a small number of statistically non-significant cases, the other one of a more systematic type is made on a representative sample and entails a quantified as well as a more descriptive view.
