WEST VIRGINIA POOLS RESOURCES TO DEVELOP STATEWIDE MARKETING PROGRAM
By developing materials which are generic in nature such as the "Get on the Bus and Ride Handbook", "Rider's Riddles" and "Go Busin' What a Trip", purchasing items in bulk and pooling resources, the West Virginia Public Transit Division has found that marketing funds can go further and be more effective. Due to this approach, a self-help, multi-media marketing program is available for use by the state's community transit agencies.
