CALSIG SOFTWARE USER'S MANUAL. TECHNICAL DOCUMENT
This paper describes the use of the CALSIG software package for designing and analyzing signalized intersections. The software, like the CALSIG Manual procedure, is an integration of existing methodologies, with each methodology incorporating a separate capacity or level of service analysis. The software also incorporates design elements.
