MOTORCYCLE INSPECTION REGULATIONS

This publication provides operating guidance for conducting inspections, completing forms and submitting records to the Department of Motor Vehicles. It is intended for official inspection stations. The Vehicle and Traffic Law provides for a system of inspection of all vehicles registered in New York State. All vehicles are required to be inspected once every 12 months by official inspection stations.
