SERVICE PERFORMANCE SURVEY OF IOWA'S DRIVER LICENSE STATIONS. FINAL REPORT
The Iowa Department of Transportation (Iowa DOT) conducted a survey to determine the quality of service it provides to Iowa residents who visit Iowa's driver license examining stations. A systematic sampling technique was used to select 3,800 driver licenses from those issued by the Iowa DOT in the 1988 calendar year. A survey questionnaire was mailed to the licensee's home address. The survey response rate was approximately 64%. The survey results indicate approximately 95% of those who responded are generally satisfied with the quality of service they received at the state's driver license examining stations. Approximately 80% rated the service as good.
