DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS FOR ROADWAYS ON PERMAFROST. FINAL REPORT
Numerous design conceptions and construction techniques regarding roadways on permafrost have been published recently. In addition to varying climatic factors, difficult subsurface conditions are encountered in permafrost environments.
