ADAPTIVE BRAKE CONTROL SYSTEMS - SOME CONSIDERATIONS ON DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND EVALUATION OF REAR WHEEL BRAKE CONTROL SYSTEMS
After an introduction in which the meanings of several terms used in the report are stated and four methods of prediction and eight methods of reselection are mentioned, the report is divided into the following sections: 1) skid prediction 2) laboratory testing of anti-skid devices 3) anti-lock reselection 4) parameter plane method to design adaptive brake control systems 5) analysis of methods of prediction and selection 6) design considerations of adaptive brake control systems, and 7) road testing of adaptive brake control systems. /TRRL/
