PROPANE: SAFE, CLEAN AND AFFORDABLE
Presented are the conversion from gasoline-powered to propane fueled vehicles in the Manistee County Transportation system and the benefits of liquified petroleum gas (LPG) also known as propane. Benefits include easier starts in cold weather, lower cost per gallon, higher octane rating, cleaner burning, better vehicle performance, and a high safety rating.
