TIPS FOR RECRUITING DRIVERS
This is part two of an article written to rebuild the school bus driver ranks. It focuses on alternate sources for recruiting such as: bulletin boards of ethnic halls and meeting places; local Community College or university bulletin boards; churches; social welfare offices; employee incentive programs offering a finder's fee for the employee for bringing in a new recruit; and contacting former employees.
