Building contractors, road constructors and their organisations have a task with regard to road construction rules. The authors describe their contribution to the 'uniform tender regulations 1986' (uniform aanbestedingsreglement uar 1986), to the competition regulations in the building industry, to the juridical-administrative conditions for the execution of works (uniforme administratieve voorwaarden voor de uitvoering van werken uav) and the 'standaard raw bepalingen'.
