DESIGN OF SLAB BRIDGE BY LIMIT STATE METHOD (TWO LANE WITHOUT FOOTPATH)
Large number of slab bridges having span less than 10 m are constructed every year in India. All these bridges are required to be designed in accordance with IRC code. At present IRC code does not specify limit state method. Therefore an attempt is made to design slab bridges by limit state method and compare with working stress method.(a) for the covering abstract of this journal issue see IRRD 811854. (Author/TRRL)
