FOREIGN LOANS AS ONE OF THE FACTORS OF ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION FINANCING IN CROATIA

The article describes the basic characteristics of the financing system for road infrastructure construction in Croatia, which takes the form of foreign loans. Although this process gives rise to some difficulties, the latter should be overcome in the forthcoming period. (TRRL)
