TREATMENT OF TRAUMATIZED ROAD USERS AND LEGAL COMMITMENTS OF HEALTH ORGANIZATIONS
LIJECENJE TRAUMATIZIRANIH SUDIONIKA U PROMETU I ZAKONSKE OBVEZE ZDRAVSTVENIH RADNIH ORGANIZACIJA
The article presents the rules of road traffic safety law according to which health centres are obliged to inform the traffic police of the driving inaptitude of drivers and their operation in practice. A number of doctors dispute such a legal commitment appealing to doctor's ethics. It is suggested that such a driver should be medically examined and traffic police should be informed only in case of his or her absence. (TRRL)
