TERMINAL SHARING EXPANDS SERVICE AND REVENUE. GRITS BRINGS GREYHOUND BACK TO COMMUNITY

Discussed is how a local transit system, Green River Intra-County Transit System (GRITS), of Owensboro, Kentucky, serves as a Greyhound terminal agent, issuing tickets and providing package service while receiving commissions from Greyhound for these services adding revenue and expanded service to its terminal operations. This is yet another example of the Greyhound Rural Connection Program (RCP) at work.
