MAXIMIZING INSURANCE BUDGETS
Two methods are proposed for ensuring that the search for insurance yields the best possible offer. The Broker/Client relationship involves the establishment of defined responsibilities on the part of the broker for a fee from the client in procuring insurance while competitive bidding involves a more direct involvement of the transit agency by soliciting bids from various insuring entities.
