ST. LOUIS TRANSIT ALTERNATIVES ANALYSIS, PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION

Reviews the long-range transit requirements of the downtown St. Louis, Missouri, northwest suburbs corridor. Possible transit services studied included the existing bus system, improved bus service, busways, and light rail transit. This paper looks at some of the key project management and organization decisions during the course of the project.
